Express Your Feelings Sensory Bottles

Description:

The Learning Resources Express Your Feelings Sensory Bottles can assist kids in recognising and connecting with their emotions. Children can recognise and express their feelings in a calm, self-directed, practical way using this set of 4 child-safe, securely sealed bottles. Each of the four bottles depicts a different emotion and has an interactive component that symbolises that emotion. Anger is red, sadness is blue, fear is green, and happiness is yellow. Children can participate in quiet attention in an area like a calm down corner, shake and rotate the bottles to witness the action, or chat about how they are feeling. A discussion/conversation on handling emotions in a constructive, proactive manner is encouraged by the activity guide that is included with the package.
